MOULDING

Production of refractory molds based on furan mixtures, which comply with all of the technical requirements for each casting - configuration, complexity, size and weight.

CORES MAKING

 The cores are produced with sand and furan mixtures and fixed in an exactly specified position in the mould to ensure internal cavities and surfaces of the casting.

With the obtained by induction furnace liquid metal is poured over the already prepared moulds and after crystallization the casting is released.

CLEANING

The cleaning of castings is performed by separating the gating system through rough grinding, shot blasting cleaning in specialized chamber, sand blasting and etc.
